OMNIBASE LOGIC'S SUSLOC: Technical Information




“SUSLOC” is an acronym for Supplemental Symmetric Logic Circuit.



This is a new type of electronic circuitry that provides a practical realization of multiple-valued logic.



This circuit structure is general in form and can be used to implement a logic structure of any radix.



The initial work is directed to radix-3 (ternary) and radix-4 (tetranary) logic.



The technology can be implemented in standard CMOS technologies and is particularly well-suited for SOI processes.
