President & CTO: Luther Hendrix


Luther has worked in the electronics industry since 1972 and has 28 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in general management, product and process development, as well as managing manufacturing operations. He has been involved in the startup of nine new wafer fabs and has managed Process Development, Device Engineering, Test Engineering, and Product Engineering operations. His experience includes CMOS, Bipolar, and BiCMOS technologies. He has worked in and managed product lines for Microprocessors and Analog and Mixed-Signal products as well as SRAM, NVM, and DRAM technologies.


He has worked for chip makers Monolithic Memories, Data General, Mostek, AMD, Motorola, National Semiconductor, and Samsung. He has served the industry at Sematech and worked in joint ventures with Sony, Toshiba, and IBM. He started Global Knowledge Services (acquired by Applied Materials) and, prior to joining Omnibase Logic, was President of Sabal Semiconductor, a chip startup developing power electronics controllers for LED drive and control. He has also consulted for most of the major chip manufacturers and the associated legal and financial communities.

Norm is an innovative multilingual business executive and consultant, an expert in international business with experiences in research and development, logistics and project management, accounting and finance, consulting and systems, export operations, export marketing and management, senior financial management, chief executive, and management consulting relating to strategic and international development of SME's.


As a senior-level international business consultant he offers a well-rounded business background suitable to many situations for smaller and medium sized companies. He has created a reputation for getting results in over 30 years of business management and consulting experience, mainly in a technology environment, including over 22 years of short or long term assignments in a cross cultural environment.

William Walker, Chairman of the Board


Mr. Walker is a lawyer and international business consultant. He has extensive experience in organizing, financing, and operating ventures in numerous business segments in the United States and throughout the world.


Mr. Walker is a licensed lawyer with over 39 years of practice experience in Texas and before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the Supreme Court of Texas, and federal trial and appellate courts. Following his graduation from the University of Houston Law Center with a Doctor of Jurisprudence, Mr. Walker clerked for United States District Judge Sarah T. Hughes. He then became a staff attorney for the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. After three years of service, he entered private practice in Houston Texas, and he developed expertise in corporate, business, securities, finance, licensing, international transactions and litigation. His legal practice has included assisting clients with (i) capital formation and finance through public offerings of debt and equity shares, listing companies on national stock exchanges, merger and acquisitions; (ii) creating companies, joint ventures, and reorganizations; (iii) structuring trade, commercial, and licensing transactions in the United States and internationally.

Martin Estill, Board of Directors


Martin is currently CEO of EmLogis, Inc. He has over 25 years experience in providing comprehensive sales, marketing and strategic management solutions to technology and energy companies. Having served in the roles of Founder, CEO or Vice President of Sales and/or Marketing of several small to medium sized technology companies, he has extensive real world, first-hand experience in successfully starting and running businesses.


Martin’s comprehensive business background delivers unique insights essential for an integrated sales and marketing effort such as “go-to-market” strategies for new products or new companies. Companies that Martin has worked with include JD Edwards (NASDAQ), Maverick Geophysics (Petroleum GeoServices: NYSE), Neon Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ) and GeoQuest Systems (Schlumberger: NYSE). His first career was in oil and gas exploration where he was a principal in an independent oil and gas company. Martin has a Bachelor of Science degree from San Diego State University.


Martin is a Founding Partner of VMG International. He also currently sits on the boards of Renegade Geophysics, ZMD Group, Harbinger Energy, and was a founding board member of Tribute Direct.



Michael Rybarski


Michael is Chairman, and co-founder of TributeDirect, Inc. the nation’s first nationwide, direct-to-consumer provider of a complete suite of end of life products and services, including funeral advice and planning, funeral and memorial products and financial instruments and tools.


Prior to Tribute, Michael served as Chairman of VMG International, a firm that invests in, and participates in the commercialization of technology and startup companies. Directly relevant to his role at TributeDirect, he consulted to, and subsequently served as Chief Marketing Officer, Worldwide, of Service Corporation International (SCI), the world’s largest funeral services company.


At SCI, Michael created the Dignity Memorial brand, which is now carried by the 1,200 SCI United States funeral homes. Dignity-Branded funeral homes provide the majority of SCI’s approximately $2 billion in annual revenues. Through its innovative package concept, Dignity programs added in their first year, approximately $90 MM in operating profit to the firm. Mr. Rybarski also supervised the marketing strategy for SCI’s National Cremation Society, its cemetery division, and pre-need insurance sales forces.


Michael has a M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He also has an M.A. from the University of Chicago and an A.B. from Providence College.
